  • Age-qualified – at least 80% of the units must have one occupant age 55 or over. All permanent residents must be 18 or older. Some communities require 100% age 55 or over.

  • True “Community” – separate neighborhood of private streets and common areas. You know your neighbors and they share your life experience and many of your interests.

  • Activities Director – socials, special interest groups, trips and numerous other activities.

  • Security – limited access private streets and facilities. Most are gated; many have staffed gatehouses; most have Neighborhood Watch programs with signage.

  • Age-appropriate Floor plans – all have single-level living options.

  • HOA Managed – all either are or will be HOA managed with defined covenants and policies.
